The Web of Peace Begins with You!

What does peace mean to you? Maybe it means waking up with the sun on a fall Sunday morning, getting away from your kids for a weekend or, if you’re anything like me, you get your peace from a plethora of things. The thing is, we all have our own definitions of what peace is to us, and that’s okay. Like love, the meaning of peace is customizable and can vary depending on who you ask.  Isn’t it cool though? No matter who you talk to, whether their peace is or isn’t your peace, it is agreed that it’s a mental place that provides complete solitude no matter the personal definition.

As we take the end of the year to look inward and reflect, we need to appreciate and acknowledge our own definitions of peace and remember that not everyone has the means to accomplish the peace they need and want. The web of peace begins with you and once you manifest those desires for internal and external peace, it will be.
