Full Moon in Leo January 31, 2018

We are wrapping up this month of community with the moon in Leo. Oh it’s good to be queen, but, note that each hive has only one queen and many queens in training for when she dies. In business we have a saying.

Each seat has only one occupant and they are the only one accountable for that seat. Sure, they can and will delegate, but they alone are responsible for what the worker bees accomplish. Being the queen means the health and survival of the hive falls on her shoulders. This is a very big job but she’s built for it and has the support of the entire hive.

During this full moon, take advantage of Leo energy to build up your strength and take authority over your role in the community. Even if you are not the queen of the entire community or project, you are the leader of your role in it. Pay attention to your details as they will contribute to what your co-workers are doing.

As I watched the preparations for the Rose Bowl Parade I was amazed at how every job was important and nothing could be taken for granted. If one person went missing, the rest of the team had to pull together to cover for them. It was very impressive and everyone was important.
